Eddie Ruiz was born and raised in Boyle Heights, California, near downtown Los Angeles. He quickly landed a guest-star on “That’s So Raven” as Barry The Mascot during drama school. He attended C.S.U.,Fullerton where he received hi B.A. in Acting. He then quickly flew over to London, Uk where he received his MFA in Acting from The Central School of Speech and Drama.
